Platform FAQs
Common questions about CampusFlow platform accessibility, onboarding, and data privacy
1. How do students and institutions access the platform?
CampusFlow operates as a closed, verified ecosystem. Students gain access exclusively through their affiliated educational institution—whether a university, secondary school, or Multi-Academy Trust. Once an institution partners with CampusFlow Ltd, students are onboarded via secure school-gate authentication protocols linked to verified institutional credentials. There is no public registration; all participation is gated through verified educational partnerships.
2. What is the typical onboarding timeline for institutions?
For pilot partners, the full onboarding process—from initial partnership agreement through platform deployment—typically spans 4 to 6 weeks. This includes technical integration with existing student information systems, staff orientation sessions, and the establishment of safeguarding protocols aligned with institutional governance requirements. Larger Multi-Academy Trusts may require phased rollouts across individual schools, extending the timeline based on deployment scope.
3. How does CampusFlow handle student data privacy and compliance?
CampusFlow Ltd operates under strict UK GDPR compliance frameworks and adheres to KCSiE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) safeguarding standards. All student data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored exclusively within UK-based infrastructure, and subject to rigorous access controls. Institutions retain full data sovereignty—CampusFlow processes data only as a contracted data processor under institutional authority. We maintain comprehensive audit logs, and our platform undergoes regular third-party security assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
